- Contribute to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning
- Gather user insights, analyze MI, research, and track user behavior changes
- Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain a backlog
- Collaborate with Customer Success to gather feedback and drive adoption
🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting
- Experience supporting product development or ownership across end-to-end lifecycle
- Knowledge of Generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI safety
- Familiarity with data/analytics or AI/ML transformation initiatives
- Self-starter with initiative in a fast-changing environment
- Adapting to evolving technical and risk requirements while collaborating across teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
