📋 Description

• Deploy from first process file to production workflow.
• 90-day goal: at least one workflow running with measurable gains.
• 12-month goal: 3–5 deployments with viable deployments.
• Drive adoption; hand off to customer teams that can operate independently.
• Configure Camunda clusters; debug integrations; build agents and connectors.
• Document best practices to speed future deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise production experience: shipped inside a large org; governance at scale.
• Technical depth: debug integrations, build agents, run Camunda clusters.
• Stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership.
• Practical AI experience: production AI usage; context management, prompt engineering.
• Comfort with ambiguity; make sound judgments and document learnings.
• Occasional travel may be required.
