🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, CS, or related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- 2+ years in management consulting, deployment strategy, or similar client-facing role
- Demonstrated track record delivering complex projects to measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills: ROI modeling, spreadsheets, basic SQL; Python a plus
- Familiarity with modern AI capabilities, LLMs, agents, and RAG
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments
- Exceptional communication skills for discovery interviews and executive readouts
