AI Process Consultant

📋 Description

• Embed with clients to run discovery and map live workflows
• Build business cases and ROI models; prioritize automation
• Design future-state workflows and AI integration points
• Partner with AI Engineers to translate requirements into outputs
• Own client relationship from first contact to post-deploy adoption
• Travel to client sites; on-site at SMBs; outcome focus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Ops, Econ, CS, or related
• 2+ years in management consulting or deployment strategy
• Experience leading process re-engineering and digital transformation
• Knowledge of AI capabilities; scope real AI solutions vs theater
• Familiar with Zapier/Make/n8n or major SaaS; integration skills
• Excellent communication; client-facing discovery interviews
