๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting/pre-sales/advisory in enterprise tech (AI/CX)
- Strong AI/automation knowledge: LLMs, conversational AI, agentic workflows
- Ability to articulate business value from tech investments
- Experience facilitating workshops with enterprise customers
- Excellent communication translating tech for non-technical audiences
- Commercial acumen; build trusted customer relationships
- Experience across multiple verticals (finance, retail, healthcare, telecoms) a plus
- Familiarity with contact centre ops or customer service environments desirable
