  • 5+ years in consulting/pre-sales/advisory in enterprise tech (AI/CX)
  • Strong AI/automation knowledge: LLMs, conversational AI, agentic workflows
  • Ability to articulate business value from tech investments
  • Experience facilitating workshops with enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication translating tech for non-technical audiences
  • Commercial acumen; build trusted customer relationships
  • Experience across multiple verticals (finance, retail, healthcare, telecoms) a plus
  • Familiarity with contact centre ops or customer service environments desirable
