🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in top-tier consulting (MBB preferred) or similar environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution
Interest or experience in AI / automation / operations optimization
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Spanish and English are a must
