🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in product mgmt, applied AI, or product ops shipping AI at scale.
  • Hands-on AI: prototype, ship, iterate AI tools; Cursor/Claude/ Codex.
  • Core LLM concepts: prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, eval.
  • Operational empathy: partner with sales, CX, finance, risk to deliver AI solutions.
  • Customer obsession: keep the customer front and center when building tech.
  • Strong communicator: write docs, train teams, translate tech to non-tech.
