📋 Description

• Own end-to-end development loop from problem to production monitoring.
• Use AI as primary development tool to ship faster.
• Collaborate with AI Pod and stakeholders to define decision logic and metrics.
• Design evaluation frameworks; measure what you ship.
• Own production readiness monitoring, alerting, and observability from day one.
• Contribute to shaping team practices, tooling, and engineering standards across the pod.
• Decompose business problems into agentic workflows, orchestrated flows, and reusable capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience in production systems.
• Hands-on AI/ML in production: shipping, monitoring, iterating.
• Fluent with AI-powered development tools used daily.
• Experience designing agentic architectures: orchestration, multi-step workflows, RAG pipelines, fallback handling.
• Strong evaluation instincts: metrics, test sets, validation before shipping.
• Full-stack comfort: prompt engineering, backend services, data pipelines, and infra as needed.
• Independent; lead work from problem definition to production.
• Fintech or regulated-environment experience is a plus.
