🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years building compliance systems or regulated infra.
• Hands-on AI/automation leadership from concept to implementation.
• Familiar with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for workflow design.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance.
• Good judgment in ambiguous regulatory contexts and ability to explain reasoning.
