📋 Description

• Design, build, refine LLM workflows with context engineering and prompts.
• Develop language components: intent detection, NER, summarization, RAG, response quality.
• Create ASR and TTS workflows; connect audio to LLM reasoning.
• Fine-tune and evaluate models with robust metrics.
• Analyze outputs to identify gaps and improvements.
• Define linguistic evaluation criteria for tone and clarity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Computational Linguistics, AI, ML, Linguistics or related field.
• Experience applying NLP concepts (classification, entity extraction, semantic analysis, summarization, prompting, RAG).
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with NLP/AI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data preprocessing and language dataset design.
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to diagnose model behavior and trade-offs.
• Strong collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
