AI Integration Specialist

📋 Description

• Improve AI interaction for employees; identify frictions and iterate from usage data.
• Audit AI tools and automation across areas to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Build and maintain an AI/automation backlog and roadmap with KPI milestones.
• Lead 1-2 end-to-end initiatives from opportunity to pilot and rollout.
• Contribute to AI governance with Security, Compliance, and Legal; define data handling standards.
• Support evaluation and onboarding of external AI vendors: demos, due diligence, and ROI summaries.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in cross-functional technology or automation initiatives delivering measurable improvements.
• Solid knowledge of AI/LLM concepts, APIs, iPaaS, or basic RPA.
• Ability to advance initiatives via collaboration and clear communication without formal authority.
• Strong analytical skills: define metrics, baselines, and measure outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal English; translate business needs to technical details.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tooling.
