🎯 Requirements

- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, or AI agents.
- Deep fluency in ML: algorithms, data modeling, deployment, and software engineering.
- Proven ability to drive AI adoption and culture change in an engineering org.
- Strong communication; engage with engineers, leadership, and clients; remote-first experience.
