🎯 Requirements

- Comfortable making architectural tradeoffs across cost, performance, reliability, and velocity
- Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages; guide design/review of complex systems
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and collaborate across research and engineering
