AI Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Senior+ AI Infrastructure Engineer for training and inference.
• Build and scale training pipelines for large transformer/LLMs.
• Create low-latency inference services with autoscaling.
• Tune GPU kernels and optimize performance across stacks.
• Collaborate with ML scientists to productionize methods.
• Help hire, mentor, and develop other engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on with model training or model inference at scale.
• Low-level GPU work (CUDA or Triton kernels).
• Comfortable working in production at meaningful scale.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Ruby, Java, Go).
