- Comfortable with high activity levels and a metrics-driven approach.
- Experience using CRM and sales-engagement tools; adaptable.
- Grit, curiosity, and coachability to iterate on feedback.
- Ability to learn core systems to find targets in existing customer database.
- Passion for creators, video, audio, or modern content workflows a plus.
