Conduct AI risk assessments across model lifecycle (development to monitoring)
Ensure compliance with EU AI Act, GDPR and financial services regulations
Design governance-by-design and compliance-by-design frameworks
Provide guidance on explainability, transparency, fairness, robustness and safety
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data Protection and IT Security teams

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in AI risk, governance, model risk management or regulatory compliance
Experience in regulated banking and financial services
Strong understanding of AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
Translate regulatory obligations into operational and technical controls
Familiarity with AI assurance, model validation and audit processes
Fluent German and English; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
