Design and implement compliance-by-design and governance-by-design
Provide guidance on explainability, transparency, fairness, robustness and safety
Support AI risk profiling, control design and documentation standards
Develop AI governance policies, model documentation and audit-ready frameworks

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in AI risk, governance, or regulatory compliance
Experience in regulated banking/FS industries
Strong AI governance frameworks and regulatory knowledge
Translate regulatory obligations into operational controls
Familiarity with AI assurance, model validation, audits
Fluent German and English
