4+ years DevOps/SRE on Linux; AWS/GCP/Azure and IaC (Terraform/Crossplane)
CI/CD tools and deployment in Kubernetes
Ownership for service reliability
Comfort with AI-powered tools and experimentation
Agile environments and monitoring (Datadog/Prometheus/ELK)
Python, Node.js, and scripting
