🎯 Requirements

- Backend services experience (NestJS preferred)
- Strong fundamentals: REST APIs, async patterns, debugging
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL data sources
- Distributed systems: Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, containers/K8s
