🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or another STEM discipline; OR 2+ years of professional software development experience in lieu of a degree
- 1+ years hands on software engineering experience building scalable systems, APIs, or AI/ML apps (Python preferred)
- Experience with large language models, generative AI, or agentic systems
- Familiarity with government/public sector technology environments
- Cloud/DevOps: AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker/Kubernetes; API orchestration
- Excellent communication; translate ambiguous needs into concrete technical solutions; prior AI safety/governance experience
