📋 Description

• Design, train, evaluate and optimize document intelligence models.
• Build end-to-end ML systems: datasets, training, inference, deployment.
• Create scalable pipelines for PDFs, scans, forms, and docs.
• Tackle model reliability, latency, observability, guardrails.
• Integrate frontier and open-source GenAI models.
• Collaborate with PM, eng, and design to ship AI features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Python experience
• Train, fine-tune, deploy CV models for document tasks
• LayoutLM, Donut, DocFormer experience
• Vision-language models with OCR capabilities
• Inference frameworks: vLLM (preferred), TGI, TensorRT, ONNX Runtime
• LLMs for document workflows and reasoning
