📋 Description

• Design and build agentic systems—multi-step agents that plan and act with human-in-the-loop checks
• Build MCP servers/clients to securely expose data, tools, and APIs to LLMs
• Ship LLM-powered apps: copilots, document intelligence, search, and automation
• Design and maintain RAG pipelines—chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval
• Integrate model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) and pick models by quality, latency, cost
• Develop evals and observability for agents and AI features to detect regressions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering, with 1+ year shipping AI features
• Hands-on design/build agentic systems—tool calling, multi-step reasoning
• MCP knowledge or quick to learn; agent/tool standards
• Strong Python; backend services with FastAPI/Flask
• Experience with major LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Azure)
• RAG knowledge: embeddings, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate)
