🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python skills
- Built applications using LLMs via APIs or frameworks (e.g. LangChain)
- Move fast and adapt quickly — you love shipping and iteration
- Value and iterate: ship → learn → improve
- Comfortable with data models, querying databases, and structuring IO for AI systems
- Organized and able to move between projects with focus
