AI Engineer, Agent Platform

📋 Description

• Build the agent runtime that orchestrates context, tool invocation, model routing, and workflow tracking.
• Design the eval and observability harness that runs thousands of agent traces daily.
• Own the context engineering layer — retrieval, ranking, compression, and memory.
• Integrate and benchmark new foundation models as they become available.
• Build user-facing surfaces — playgrounds, traces, control panels — and ship to production.
• Collaborate with product to ship a working v1 in weeks.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience shipping an AI product with real users.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, v0, or equivalents).
• End-to-end independence: backend, frontend, deployment, instrumentation, and iteration.
• Perspective on AI agent design: context management, tool-calling, eval strategy, and tuning tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in Python (or Go/Node) with backend APIs, databases, queues, and caches.
• Frontend capability (React or Next.js) to ship internal tools.
