🎯 Requirements

8+ years in software engineering; 4+ years on AI/ML in production.
Tech/B.E. or M.S. in CS, ML, or related field.
Voice AI systems, telephony (Genesys, SIP), and speech pipelines.
Background in computer vision or visual transformer architectures.
Data engineering with Airflow, DBT, and analytics (ClickHouse, Trino, Iceberg).
Experience with 50TB+ datasets and scalable data pipelines.
Model fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA) for domain apps.
Observability/monitoring stacks: metrics, logging, tracing.
