🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years designing backend systems; 2+ years building/operating generative AI in production.
- Strong Python skills with building scalable REST APIs via FastAPI; JS/Node.js knowledge.
- Hands-on experience building agent-based AI in production with LangChain/LangGraph.
- Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini); prompt engineering and tool integration.
- Experience building RAG systems with embeddings and Elasticsearch.
- Experience evaluating AI/agent systems with automated tools (e.g., MLflow).
