🎯 Requirements

5+ years software engineering; 2+ years shipping AI/ML features; strong Python or backend.
LLM stack experience: frontier/open-source models, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs.
MLOps basics: eval pipelines, data versioning, monitoring, drift detection.
Backend systems & micro-services: DBs, APIs, security, performance, event-driven.
Translate best practices to AI: evals as tests, prompts as code.
Fluent in English; business language.
