AI Enablement Program Manager

📋 Description

• Build and improve the company-wide AI enablement program.
• Embed with business teams to co-create AI use cases.
• Develop training on prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Own AI tool intake, registry, and governance processes.
• Define KPIs and report adoption to IT leadership.
• Drive cross-functional AI literacy in Engineering, Product, Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in technical program management, enablement, or IT.
• Hands-on with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with HIPAA data handling and regulatory guardrails.
• Proven ability to design, launch and iterate multi-stakeholder programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong facilitation.
• Data-driven with metrics; able to instrument and analyze adoption.
