🎯 Requirements

- 3 years of leadership or technical program management experience.
- Experience leading AI enablement teams delivering enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience with AI copilots, internal AI agents, workflow automations, and productivity tools.
- Ability to partner with AI engineering, infrastructure, and enterprise applications teams.
- Establish scalable operational processes, standards, and documentation for AI-enabled services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, and AI platforms.
