- Familiarity with Microsoft productivity and automation tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot
- Clear interest in applied AI, workflow improvement, training, and business enablement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical terms
