🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
• Quant/technical background (CS/engineering/economics/statistics) helps.
• Experience from Palantir DS/FDE or strategy consultants moving into tech.
• Hypothesis-driven; diagnose before solving; low ego.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or data infrastructure products.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.
