Own enablement of OpenAI products, incl ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
Serve as SME for product areas; gather feedback to inform product development.
Lead customer enablement across lifecycle: onboarding, expansion, long-term adoption.
Design onboarding, advanced trainings, leadership briefings, and workshops.
Drive activation and sustained usage for durable adoption.
Partner with Sales, AI Success Engineers, Solutions Engineering, and Product for handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in customer-facing enablement or instructional roles in large institutions.
Exceptional presentation skills translating AI value to exec audiences.
Strong product fluency in ChatGPT, Agents, and OpenAI ecosystem.
Experience leading workshops and enablement programs.
Ability to identify patterns across customers and translate into scalable adoption.
