AI Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical SME post-sale for a portfolio of customers; design and deploy GenAI solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate high-value GenAI use cases.
• Provide architectural guidance, build hands-on prototypes, and advise on production scaling.
• Maintain relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Contribute to open-source resources and enterprise documentation to scale best practices.
• Share learnings with internal teams to inform product development and improve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar.
• Strong communicator, able to explain technical and business concepts to exec and practitioner audiences.
• Experience leading complex deployments of GenAI or machine learning systems, incl infra and network considerations.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar; comfortable building prototypes or PoCs.
• End-to-end ownership; proactive learner; driven to deliver successful outcomes.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to support teammates and customers in fast-paced environments.
