AI Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to improve ops and forecasting.
• Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, and model tuning for accuracy.
• Translate complex challenges into data-driven solutions with stakeholders.
• Monitor, retrain, and optimize models post-deployment as data and conditions evolve.
• Apply neural networks, reinforcement learning, NLP, and generative AI to tackle business challenges.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT for scalable data pipelines and deployment.
• Present findings with visuals to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current on AI/analytics and evaluate new tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., DS, CS, Eng, Math, Stats).
• 5+ years AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data science.
• Experience with ML frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to design and operationalize DS solutions in real-world apps.
• Experience with predictive modeling, optimization, and time-series forecasting.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; Git familiarity.
