📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to improve operations.
• Data exploration, feature engineering, and model tuning for accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Monitor, retrain, and optimize models post-deployment.
• Apply neural networks, reinforcement learning, NLP, and generative AI to tackle challenges.
• Work with data engineers and IT for scalable pipelines and deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, CS, Eng).
• 5+ years AI/ML model development, deployment, optimization.
• Python, R, or SQL proficiency for data science.
• Experience with ML frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Predictive modeling, optimization, and time-series forecasting (supply chain).
• BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Git familiarity; strong problem-solving.
