Own the full vendor lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, quality, and scale.
Design and deploy agentic workflows automating vendor briefing, verification, and batch tracking.
Translate model evaluation signals into targeted data creation cycles.
Partner with MLEs and PMs to align data needs and improve pipelines.
Maintain clear, living documentation for data batches, guidelines, and vendor SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in data operations, annotation management, or vendor management in AI/ML.
AI-fluent; can discuss model behavior with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with AI agents; manage multiple vendors and pipelines.
Familiar with ML eval basics (precision, recall, edge cases) and data quality.
Nice to have NLP/AI data pipelines and tools (CVAT, Label Studio, Scale AI, Surge AI); startup experience.
