AI Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across the GTM stack.
• Own and evolve Snowflake data warehouse for GTM analytics and AI workloads.
• Establish data quality standards, governance, and documentation practices.
• Develop and maintain dbt models, SQL transformations, and Python scripts.
• Define and track GTM metrics for executive and board reporting.
• Lead cross-functional AI integration into core GTM workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, GTM engineering or applied AI roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building data pipelines, reverse ETL, with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift.
• Familiarity with GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy models (lead scoring, forecasting, classification).
• Experience integrating data and AI into CRM/marketing automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Hex for dashboards.
• Familiarity with software engineering principles (version control, CI/CD, testing, code review, Github).
