AI & Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Build AI data infrastructure, services, and agent tooling in production.
• Create eval harnesses, datasets, and monitoring for AI features.
• Own data quality across ingestion, modeling, and reporting.
• Build and maintain ETL systems moving data from apps/sources.
• Collaborate with product squads to give advisors real visibility into the business.
• Help others by sharing context early and writing clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Production AI/ML experience: built and shipped AI systems in production you owned.
• Evals as engineering: you build evaluation systems and catch drift/regressions

• Data pipeline and service ownership: you own pipelines and services moving data to a warehouse.
• High agency: you turn ambiguous problems into working outcomes.
• Bonus: RoR or app DB experience; LLM eval/observability tooling; MCP tooling.
