  • Strong operational rigor: QA programs, knowledge freshness, backlog.
  • Strong cross-functional execution: partner with SMEs/product/CX.
  • Metrics mindset; deep data to inform design and prioritization.
  • Experience with Decagon, Ada, Sierra, or using generative AI for support automation.
