📋 Description

  • Architect and deliver Agentic AI solutions on Cognigy.
  • Build scalable Conversational and Generative AI use cases across voice and chat channels.
  • Define agentic patterns (planner, specialist agents, tool-calling, human-in-the-loop).
  • Ensure enterprise-grade governance, observability, and lifecycle management.
  • Own the Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) and drive deployment.
  • Lead customers through discovery, design, pilot/POC, deployment, and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10–15 years in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, contact center tech, or digital transformation.

  • Proven experience engaging C-level stakeholders in AI transformation.
  • Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, telecom) preferred.
  • Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
