🎯 Requirements

- Deep experience with Conversational AI, LLM-powered systems, or workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations (CRM, CCaaS, APIs, identity, data platforms).
- Proven experience engaging C-level stakeholders in AI transformation.
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, telecom) preferred.
- Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
