🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in business ops, program mgmt, or related roles
- 1+ year focus on AI automation
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Led complex initiatives from concept through execution
- Ability to work with engineers and understand tech tradeoffs without coding
- Experience designing or supporting automation, integrations, or AI workflows
