- Proven leadership of complex programmes; governance, delivery, stakeholder mgmt.
- Able to engage stakeholders at all levels; translate tech into business outcomes.
- Collaborative, adaptable, delivery-focused; governance, risk, compliance, responsible AI.
- SME exposure to Banking & Payments, Capital Markets, Wealth and Asset Management or Insurance.
