- Experience supporting transformation, delivery, or process improvements with Business Analysis or Project Management exposure
- Ability to engage stakeholders across business and tech teams; translate concepts into practical outcomes
- Collaborative, adaptable mindset; navigate people, governance, risk, and change in regulated AI adoption
