• Join Capco’s Business Consulting practice as an AI Business Analyst for Insurance.
• Work at the intersection of Insurance consulting, business analysis, and AI-enabled change.
• Understand business challenges, identify AI-driven opportunities, and define AI requirements.
• Shape AI use cases, assess readiness, and support delivery, adoption, governance and embedding.
• Collaborate with architects, data specialists, and AI engineers on design and rollout.
• Support insurers in governance, regulatory alignment, and responsible AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or consultant in the Insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of Insurance operations across Personal, Commercial, London Market, Specialty, or Life & Pensions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and clear communication.
• Understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI, GPT, Copilot, NLP, and intelligent automation.
• Experience supporting Insurance transformation programmes with Agile delivery and business process analysis.
• Analytical and governance-minded with knowledge of regulatory considerations and responsible AI adoption.
