AI Business Analyst - Glasgow/Edinburgh

📋 Description

• Identify AI-enabled business opportunities across financial services.
• Lead workshops to define outcomes and translate opportunities into user stories.
• Map and optimise processes and operating models for transformation.
• Support delivery through full lifecycle from business case to adoption.
• Partner with AI engineers and delivery teams to design AI capabilities.
• Contribute to Agile and hybrid delivery, backlog refinement, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven BA experience in Financial Services, incl. Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
• Experience delivering change across full lifecycle (requirements, analysis, testing, implementation).
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement; translate tech into business outcomes.
• Experience supporting digital, data, automation, or AI-enabled transformations.
• Understanding of AI tech: Generative AI, GPT, Copilot, agentic workflows, ML, NLP.
• Familiar with Agile delivery, product operating models, and change management.
