AI Automation Lead – Enterprise Platforms

📋 Description

• Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define clear requirements.
• Drive automations to shorten order-to-cash cycles and reduce manual touchpoints.
• Measure and report impact/ROI; gather feedback and iterate improvements.
• Test, deploy, and support automations; perform root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Lead end-to-end design using low-code platforms across Salesforce, EDI, and SAP ERP.
• Architect AI patterns (RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration) with secure integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven enterprise AI governance with secure data access and RBAC.
• Strong systems thinking to map processes into multi-system architectures.
• Excellent documentation and communication; translate concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI agents with Salesforce, SAP ERP, EDI; Python/SQL programming and ML model development; scalable low-code/no-code solutions.
