📋 Description

• Develop governance framework for AI tools in CXPI.
• Build and maintain CXPI automation and AI systems.
• Define standards and patterns for AI/automation development.
• Create centralized repository for AI models and artifacts.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and security on risk mitigation.
• Write and maintain code for automations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in technical program mgmt, software dev, AI/ML, or ops.
• Proven governance frameworks for AI or automation.
• Deep AI/ML lifecycle understanding and debt mgmt.
• Production-grade automation or AI systems experience.
• Translate complex requirements into governance policies.
• Git, Jira, and MLOps tools proficiency.
