AI Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement and scale MCP to secure AI workflows across Slack, Jira, Salesforce, internal APIs
• Design agentic systems to integrate AI tooling with data and identity services
• Build scalable automations and secure APIs for onboarding, provisioning, data lifecycle
• Develop reusable modules for identity sync, data uploads, and AI-to-API orchestration
• Ensure security and governance: RBAC, SAML/SSO; harden identity workflows US/EU
• Collaborate with business systems, architecture rounds, and AI groups; promote TDD and docs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience; expertise in Ruby and Rails
• Automation platforms such as Workato, UiPath, Zapier, n8n, Prefect, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with MCP, Step Functions, or equivalent event-driven architectures
• Strong scripting or development skills (Python, JavaScript) for connectors/data transforms
• Familiarity with SaaS APIs (Okta, Jira, Slack, Workday, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Lead technical architecture discussions, write clean code, and apply TDD; experience with SAML/OAuth and Okta/GCP/AWS
