AI & Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build AI-powered workflows with Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Connect AI copilots to enterprise data sources and APIs for automation.
• Implement prompt engineering and fine-tune AI models; use Azure AI when needed.
• Build secure, compliant AI solutions aligned with policies and regulations.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and monitoring for AI agents and automations.
• Work in Agile teams with product managers and designers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/SE or related; 5+ years in software dev or automation.
• Power Automate/Power Platform; familiarity with M365 Copilot/Azure AI.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript; REST APIs and data integration.
• Azure cloud services and AI/ML frameworks; deploy in cloud; Azure OpenAI.
• Git/Bitbucket; CI/CD; Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Copilot Studio experience; production AI copilots/workflows.
