Drive AI/IGA/cybersecurity innovations to govern Non-Human Identities and workflows.
Bridge customer pain points between Support, Success, Sales Eng, and Product.
Engage on customer calls to represent Engineering and prep executives for escalations.
Identify tooling improvements and propose troubleshooting/analysis tools.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years software engineering, incl. 8+ years in customer-facing roles.
Proven experience in large-scale, multi-tenant production environments.
Curiosity and fluency with AI tooling (MCP, A2A, agentic frameworks) and learning mindset.
Hands-on with AI-assisted SDLC tools (Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor).
Strong testing skills (unit/functional/system) and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Solid Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments experience.
